Terms & Conditions
- Check in is 2pm and Check out is 11am, unless otherwise organised with management and subject to availability.
- If staying in either a 'Studio Pavilion' or 'Deluxe Pavilion' you may have other guests staying next door within your Villa complex. If privacy is paramount, please upgrade to a Luxury Villa booking.
- Both 'Deluxe and Studio Pavilions' and the 'Luxury Villa' are not serviced, however this can be arranged at and extra charge. If your stay is longer than three days, we do provide a service/s of your villa.
- Chef services, hampers, and take-out meals are charged through the Retreat. Massage and beauty services are also charged through the Retreat, unless alternatively arranged through management.
- Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to property (or contents).
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of the accommodation pavilions or villas.
- In the spirit of a 'true escape', please be advised that there are no phones in the villas.
- We recommend guests take a mobile phone if needed.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made up to a fortnight prior to arrival will incur a $25 administration fee.
- Any cancellations made within a fortnight of arriving, forfeiture of 50% of the deposit amount.
- Any cancellations made within a week of arriving, forfeiture of 100% of the deposit amount.
- Making a booking deposit is an agreement to the terms and conditions of the Yallingup Luxury Retreat.
Cancellation Policy – 'In-house' Services
- Any cancellations made up to 24 hours before in-house services, will not incur a cancellation fee
- Any cancellations made up to six hours before in-house services, will incur a $10 administration fee
- Any cancellations made within six hours will be charged 50% of the in-house service.
